The rerun election of the 2010/2011 Board of Directors was conducted May 22, 2010 at the Pavilion between 11:00 a.m. and noon.

At the beginning of the meeting the floor was opened for nominations and Michele Logan was nominated for president.  She declined the nomination.  Michele Logan was then nominated for the office of 1^st Vice President.  She declined that nomination also.  There being no further nominations the polls open and remained open until noon.

There were 109 ballots cast either in person or by proxy with the following results.

President – Gerald Bell (106 votes)

1^st Vice President – Vernice Wade (107 votes)

2^nd Vice President – Dean Galloway (write in – 1 vote)

2^nd Vice President – Laura Rumph (write in – 1 vote)

Secretary – Donna Eichhoefer – (106 votes)

Treasurer – Pat Kelly (100 votes)

The offices of President, 1^st Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer were filled.  The office of 2^nd Vice President was not filled because no candidate received a majority of the votes cast (in accordance with the Article 5 of the By-Laws).  That vacancy will be filled by a majority vote of the Board Members at a later time.
