Monday, February 8 - Water is out, again.  The water main was broken again in a different location.  City crews estimate that we will have water service again by 7:15/7:30 tonight.

7:15 update - water has been restored.  Preliminary testing shows good results.  Final results should be available tomorrow before 3:00 p.m.  We will update as information becomes available.

Homeowners who sustained any type of damage from rain or runoff from the storm Thursday can report the damage to the Leon County Sheriff's Office, Division of Emergency Management.  Their phone number is 488-5921 and they are available to take reports during normal business hours.  For after hours emergency assistance call the Sheriff's Department main line at 922-3300.

Timber Lake is a private community of 240 residences located approximately two miles east of the intersection of Apalachee Parkway and Capital Circle Southeast.  Our homeowners association is a non profit corporation dedicated to maintaining roads, street lights, the Commons and Pavilion areas.

Amenities include a large common area with a covered pavilion with picnic tables and a designated dog walking area along Timber Ridge Road inside a fenced area.

Homeowner dues are currently $90.75 per year and cover the expenses of maintenance.  Payment is due January 1st of each year and there is a $5.00 per month late fee.
